Hi,

I see that ebay is telling sellers they have to change the amount of time that they allow for returns. I went to look at my saved listings and sure enough they all say 14 days. Ebay says it must be 30. Where is this changed globally? Wshen I look at my checkout options where it says Load Profile all it says is -select. I have nothing selected, yet the return time says 14 days. Granted this could have been set up over 10 years ago as I think I have been with Auctiva since around 2001 or so. So my question is where is the 14 day info hiding and how do I change it to the required 30?

Thanks

Greg

Hello AramA -

You can make Bulk Changes to your Saved Listings using the Advanced Edit button on the Saved Listings page of your account. For this, it sounds like what you need to change is your returns, so after selecting the saved listings you wish to update, click on Advanced Edit.

On the page that ensues, from the Field pull down menu, select "Return Policy" and the appropriate eBay site for your listings. Then in the pulldown for Return Policy select "Returns Accepted" and other options will appear. You can make your adjustment using the field for "Item must be returned within:" and then click on the Continue button.

Alternately you can create a Checkout profile from under the Profiles menu, set this up per your preferences and then use the Checkout Fields option from the Field pulldown menu on the Advanced Edit page to apply that profile to your selected Saved Listings.

Hello AramA -

If you have a master profile set up to prepopulate the lister page when you begin a new listing you can either update that profile by updating the profiles that make up the master or create a new master profile.

If you run into any difficulty creating or setting up such a profile, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site and we'll be happy to assist you.
