Has anyone had a glitch I had to refund & redo an order w ebay order that went international & now 45 days later lost package & I cant get help from auctiva about it. Shipinsurance says this is a problem w ebay/auctiva & they will pay it if auctiva changes their records but auctiva refuses to do so & now I will have to cought up the extra $40 refund.
