This typically occurs automatically. With that said, if ebay ended your listing and did not push a notification to auctiva informing us that they ended the auction, the change would not be immediate. This sounds like ebay removed your listing outside their normal process, so they probably did not send a platform notification for your listings that were pulled. Auctiva does have a reconciliation process that runs a periodic intervals and syncs up your listings status (i.e. ended, purchased, etc.) so this will occur in the near future. If you specifically want to remove an item from showing up in your scrolling gallery, you can click the Gallery menu item and then the " http://www.auctiva.com/stores/editstoreitems.aspx Hide/Feature items link" and add then select the items, and click the "make hidden" button. It will take a few minutes to reset the list in cache, but then those items should no longer show up in your gallery. Look for a new active content free gallery real soon... Smile
