maximum shipment cost

Hi
I'm new here and im trying to post a listing for a compleat 120 magazine set with folders they'll be pretty heavy so the shipment would be UK £39 but when i go to post it i keep getting blocked with the reason been the shipment costs is more then the £11 maximum shipment cost set for this category.

I know im just doing some little thing wrong but i can't for the life of me find out just what that is?

Sigh sorry I see my mistake I was listing them as Individual Items when I should have been listing them as lots.
