Hi bumpersplus,

Thanks for posting your question here. It is generally possible to determine which Auctiva template is being used in an eBay listing by looking at the source code of the description, but I do not believe there is a simple process you can follow that will work for every template in our library.

In most cases, the image URLs which make up a template will include a reference to the template name of the template. For example, the template called “Antique Car” contains image URLs such as “http://ti2.auctiva.com/tia/10A4CB/antiquecar/desc.gif” so, although the spacing is not the same, it is possible to determine the name of the template from those URLs.

You should also find a section called “KEYWORDS” within the HTML of each template and you should be able to locate the template within the our template library by using the “Search Templates” interface to search for any one of the keywords you find.

Of course, if you need assistance finding out which Auctiva template is being used in a particular listing, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab within your account and we will do our best to assist you.

-Mike
