Anybody else getting fed up with Auctiva charging for insurance that customers never purchase! ie, I sold an item for $58.95, the customer never purchased insurance, yet Autiva seems to think it's ok to bill me for insurance that was NEVER purchased! This keeps happening and I'm getting sick & tired of having to check every single PayPal transaction to see if I really owe Auctiva for insurance! How hard is it for Auctiva to get this right? This is NOT the first time I'm bringing this to their attention.
Looking forward to hearing other peoples thought on this!

Hmm...I have auctioned 100s of items through Auctiva and have never been automatically charged for insurance. In fact when the buyer pays for insurance I have to manually go to the sales transaction and purchase it. I do not use Auctiva checkout and my Shipping Profile specifies "Optional" for insurance. Not sure if that helps you, but that has been my experience.
