Hello philadelphiafay -

this is expected behavior at this point. We had to make some changes to the way the scrolling gallery operates to accommodate the changes of eBay policy recently regarding links leading off of the eBay site. The gallery links now lead to an appropriate eBay page similar to a user clicking on the "see other items" link on eBay listing pages. We did send out email regarding this change to our users while the process was still in development after eBay announced when the links policy would change.

Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

Hello again,

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way - unfortunately, due to the changes that eBay has made to their policies this year, we are unable to provide the identical functionality in the scrolling gallery that it had previously in order for it to remain compliant with their policies and available for our users.

If you wish to have the gallery removed from your active listings that are eligible for revision on eBay, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site requesting that we do this as there is a command we can run, as long as your token is valid in an active account, which will remove the gallery from all active listings that are eligible for revision on eBay.
