The problem with this idea is that the customers leave the scores annonamously and once left cannot be revised?
We are all human and as such prone to making mistakes 1 mistake can niggle away in the back ground until some honest more outspoken customer informs you. If a customer leaves a 1 or 2 star rating I feel that Ebay should inform you of the offending listing as IT SHOULD BE CHANGED.
