While not new to auctiva, we have encountered a problem that we've not seen before.
We've recently began listing items after a short respite but want to get going again.

The problem is when setting the checkout conditions.
We want to offer a 14 day return policy with the buyer liable for paying return shipping to avoid abuse of our return policy.
However, when we select 'Buyer' from the Return shipping will be paid by dropdown menu, and save the profile, the actual listing says "The seller is responsible for return shipping costs."

Is this a known issue and if so, please direct us to the appropriate thread to be able to solve it.
(Note: We did do a search to see if anyone else had reported this problem but were unable to find an answer.)

Thank you in advance for any help that can be offered.

Edit: Edit: Found an answer from Oct. 5. Can someone please verify that it is only a read error in 'Preview' and doesn't list on ebay that way?

Hi Modestbods,

Thanks for posting your question here. Yes, the post you found from 10/5/2011 is correct. The issue that is causing "The seller is responsible for return policy costs" to show up in the Return Policy section on the listing preview page is isolated to the preview so your listings should still reflect the correct return policy option you selected upon posting to eBay.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.

-Mike
