Hi jrentrop,
Unfortunately, the editor issue experienced by several of our users has been something we've been unable to replicate in the office. Here are a few things you can try that may hopefully alleviate this issue:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. A free download of Firefox is available at
http://www.mozilla.com .
2) Make sure you have downloaded all of the latest Windows updates.
3) Run an adware or spyware removal program. You can first try the free program called AdAware. But there are some who say that doesn’t get all the really hidden spyware that Webroot can find and get rid of. Here is a link to a free version of AdAware:
http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/30...0399602.html?tag=pop . It's been downloaded over 165 million times. I've used it a lot and it works pretty good. But I am very careful not to get spyware. So I honestly don’t know if it's as good as Spy Sweeper.
4) Run a virus protection program.
5) Also, try clearing your cache. This most likely won't resolve the editor issue, but it is a good thing to do anyway.
These are all things that should be done at least once a month to keep your computer safe, updated, and running quickly. I sincerely hope one of these will resolve the problem.
