Hello itsjustme -

The most common cause for the message you describe is when a listing is no longer eligible for revision on eBay when the migration tool attempts to make the changes on the account for active content. If you encounter this same message for a listing that is eligible for revision, you can file a support case at any time from under the Help tab of the site letting us know and we can take a look into it. Please note that if you post a listing from Saved Listings or use Edit and Relist to relist from Closed Listings you listing should then post using our new active content free tools.

Hello itsjustme -

Without looking at the specific listings involved, there is no way to determine what might be causing the message for the listing to be ineligible. If you are relisting listings that have an old template on them it is possible that the template has active content, however, recently we removed any templates from the selection area that might have caused issues relating to active content, and soon we will be releasing a new suite of templates that are wholly free of active content and are mobile friendly.

If you have not received a notification in your account that lets you know the migration process has completed for your account, the tool has not been run for your account yet. Please also keep in mind that the tool can only make adjustments to listing that are active at the time that it runs. If you use Bulk Relist to relist items that were not active at that time, those listing would return to eBay as they had been. In this case you can always file a support case and ask us to run the command manually for your account. Note that if you post again from Saved or use Edit and Relist you items should then go back up to eBay using the compliant tools (the scrolling gallery and counter).

In order to look into this or have us run the command relating to active content again, please feel free to file a support case and we'll be happy to assist you further.

I have changed the template in all of them. Yet , yesterday I get the following message from ebay:
We're writing to let you know that as of May 1, 2017, at least 365 of your listings on the eBay.com sites contain active content. Active content (e.g. JavaScript, Plug-ins or Flash, iFrame and Form actions) will no longer display in your eBay listings starting in June 2017.
Hello itsjustme -

It sounds like the tool that has completed for your account was the tool for the gallery and counter and not the full removal of active content. The full removal of Active Content for accounts on paid plans was begun a bit later than the tool for the gallery and counter (which runs for all accounts), so it is likely that this has not yet reached your account. You should have an account notification on your dashboard that lets you know which tool has completed.

If your account is on a paid plan and you would prefer to have the full active content tool run for your account manually, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site requesting that and we can go ahead and run it for your account at the time, but the mass tool will reach your account in the near future if you do not.
