Never seen this error before, so I'm fishing. Confused

me too!

Just for general principles tho... I would suggest flushing your browser cache... update your Java if needed... re-generate your ebay token w/Auctiva... and like Danno suggests, try to see if there's anything else which might provide additional clues. Otherwise, you may want to submit a service request ticket to Auctiva.

Hello there, Smile

I have run a check and I got this message:

Error Check passed. Cool

The Category is:

Computing > Printer Ink & Cartridges > Laser Drum Cartridges/ Fusers Smile

It shows up in scheduled page as:

Not Posted : API error Confused

Then when you click to view the error you get this in events:

Value for "Page Output" is not a valid number. Roll Eyes

I appreciate your prompt replies and I hope the above helps, Wink

Kind regards SSB

AH HA! Smile

You're in the UK, or submitting to the UK ebay. How do I know? The category isn't US and my quick check found it on UK.

I did locate what might be the cause. After you selected that category, you'll see a "Choose Item Specifics" under the Cat # (which is 51288). If you click on that "Choose...", you'll be presented with fill-in details on that item. One of the details is "Page Output". I'm guessing you need to do the fill-ins and make sure that "Page Output" is just a numeric value (which might be the error if you wrote something like 10,000 pages instead of 10000).

Hello Danno, Smile

Fantastic!!! just listed the item now you were spot on with that diagnosis...pure genius!! Big Grin

I had put the amount of paper as 2500 APPROX Roll Eyes, so I removed the APPROX and just left 2500 but it still wouldnt upload Confused so I removed the 2500 too and voila it uploaded!! Wink

Thanks for all your help and I will bear your advice in mind for the future,

Keep up the good work Wink

Kind regards SSB Cool
You're welcome. Glad that was the problem, so you could get it listed.

I would enter a Support Case to let the Auctiva folks know there is a problem with even a numeric fill-in on that item. Could be a bug on ebay or the API for those Item Specifics too. Point them to this thread in the Forum for more details. That helps everyone else with similar listing. It also means the Error Check on the one-page didn't catch the probem either. Frown
