When I am typing a paragraph and use the bullet icon a red line with arrows appears and causes to much spacing. What is causing this line to appear and interfere with the text?

I am sorry to hear that you have encountered difficulty with the description editor.
The tool you refer to is part of the editor that was designed to make it easier to place cursor and add content near some problematic document elements like, for example, images, tables or <div> elements that start or end a document, lists, or even adjacent horizontal lines. Unfortunately, there is no command to turn it off in the editor, however please let us know if you continue to have difficulty with it in a support case - providing an example listing where you are having trouble so we can have a look.
