I have a listing I created with auctiva and after I posted it to Ebay, I decided I wanted to add another picture in addition to the ones already in the description section. The only way it is adding pictures now to the revised listing is after the entire listing. How can I add it within the template setting?

Hi fusion_1,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. As long as eBay will still allow you to change the existing description of this listing, you should be able to add an additional image within the template by adding that new image to the saved listing from which you posted the item and then applying the new design to the active listing using eBay's Revise your Item form.

Once you have updated the saved listing associated this item to include the new image within your Auctiva account and saved your changes, you can then transfer the changes to the active listing using the following process:

1) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
2) Select All and copy the HTML in the popup window.
3) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
4) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
5) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

Please note that revising your listing in this manner will cause the scrolling gallery to be removed from the listing. However, if you would like us to add the scrolling gallery back after making the revision, just contact our Customer Support team and we should be able to help you out with that.

On the other hand, if you would even like to add images *below* the existing template and description in an active eBay listing, you should be able to do so using the “Add Images” button on the Active Listings page within your Auctiva account.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with this, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

-Mike
