Hi sorry if this has been posted or answered elsewhere but I've been looking for the past hour and seem to be going round in circles!

My store window (bensfossils.co.uk)currently shows my ebay auction items and under the display section of the page it allows users to look at my store items. When you click this link it says this seller currently has no store items, which is correct but how do you add store items? Is this only relevant if you have an ebay store or does this navigate buyers to your auctiva commerce site?

I'm so confussed! Any help very much appreciated.

Thanks

Ben

Hi Ben,

Thanks for posting your question here. Ebay used to offer a special format of listing called a "store inventory" item which was only available to sellers with eBay store subscriptions. However, they have since done away with that listing format and now just give store subscribers discounts on fixed price listing insertion fees based on their level of store subscription.

The issue of the "Store Items" link still being available in Auctiva.com stores is a known issue that we plan on correcting with a future update of our software, although I'm not quite sure when that will happen at this time.

Unfortunately, it is expected that clicking this link would direct viewers to a message that says no items are available because that format of listing technically does not exist any longer.

Sorry about the confusion, but I hope this clears up what is going on. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to let us know by mousing over the "My Account" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
