All auction items disappeared!!

Welcome to Auctiva! ...and sorry about the confusion. Your current listings have actually not been removed from eBay, rather they are just being "re-indexed" by eBay. When you sign up for Auctiva and the scrolling gallery is appended to your active listings, eBay must "re-index" your items to appear in the appropriate search results pages which, according to their help page, can take up to 6 hours.

Hi, I'm scratching my head over this same issue. My listing was posted 7 days ago today, but I was only able to view it in the Ebay listing for two days before it disappeared. I searched under girls 2t hoping that it would turn up anywhere on Ebay for 5 days up until the final seconds today(Sept 12th 5pm CST), it never did. The auction still showed as active both on Ebay & Auctiva. I've successfully listed with Auctiva in the past. I don't know what happened this time. Thank goodness listings are free for the month of September.
