Hi Vintage Toys N Treasures,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you have been experiencing. Although it appears these images have since been deleted from your account, I am fairly confident this was a result of an intermittent issue we have seen with the Auctiva Uploader which can cause certain images to become corrupted during the upload process.

I was able to confirm from the support case you filed about this issue that you have been fixing the images in question by re-uploading them directly through eBay and, while doing so should get them to show up properly in the eBay Gallery, an additional step may be required to get these images to display correctly on the Auctiva supersize image page in your listings.

If any of these images are not showing up on the Auctiva supersized image pages of the listings for which you selected them, you should be able to repair that aspect of the listings by revising each one via the following process:

1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes (remove corrupt image and upload a new copy), and save.
2) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
3) Select All and copy the HTML n the popup window.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
6) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

Our technical team has been looking into how we may be able to prevent this from occurring, but I am not sure when we may be able to find a solution at this time. Based on the intermittent nature of this issue, I believe you will most likely be able to upload these images successfully if you try uploading them using the Auctiva Uploader once more though.

If you need any further assistance with this issue, please feel free to follow up with our Customer Support team through the support case you filed on this topic and we will be happy to continue working with you on this.

-Mike
