Hi Community,

We are receiving reports from quite a few customers stating that their antivirus applications are displaying warnings when they work on the Auctiva website. Our engineering team is currently looking into these reports to see what we can do to prevent this from happening and we'll have it resolved as soon as possible.

I will be posting further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for understanding!

Hi Community,

Update - We believe we have located the servers that are causing these warnings to be generated and we are in the process of removing them from our rotation so this should stop happening. However, since we will then be running at limited capacity, the Auctiva website may be significantly slower than usual for a little while.

We will also be continuing to inspect all other servers that remain in our live rotation and, if we find any other servers that are causing this problem, we will be removing those as well.

Our IT team is working on setting up some new servers to replace those we removed from our rotation and we expect to have those in place within a couple of hours. Once those are in place, the Auctiva website should start running at a normal pace once again.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks again for bearing with us as we deal with this situation.

Hi Community,

Update - Our IT team is in the process of building the servers to replace those that were taken out of the rotation and we expect to have them ready within the next few hours. Once they are ready, we'll put them into our rotation and the Auctiva website should start running at its normal pace once again.

I will post further updates on this situation to this thread as additional information becomes available, so please feel free to check back for the latest news on this matter.

Hi Community,

Update - Our IT team has just finished up configuring the new servers I mentioned above and we are in the process of gradually bring them back into the rotation. As a result, you should soon start seeing the pages on the Auctiva site load more quickly than they have been much of the day.

Once we have put all of these servers back into rotation, the Auctiva site should start running at the usual pace. I will post again to this thread when all of the servers are back in rotation or if anything changes with respect to this situation.

Hi Community,

Update - We aren't quite finished getting all of our servers back into the rotation but we have enough going that the site is running at a nice pace once again. We expect to have all of these servers back in place at some point tonight and that the Auctiva website will be running smoothly through the weekend.

If you encounter any technical problems while working within your Auctiva account, please let us know by contacting our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
