There is a lot of javascript at the top of the template? What is it for? You even have our viewstate posted in that.

Basically it's a mess. You should have a professional help you.

It looks like you started with one of our templates and added in some of your own things. That is fine, but when you copied the HTML for our tmeplate you got too much HTML, and some of the stuff is things you don't need and will make eBay give those errors. Especially the javascript.
If you're going to start with one of our templates to create your own the best way is probably to go to the Listings tab, click the link "Customize an Auctiva Template" then choose the template you plan to change. Then a window comes up with all the HTML. Copy that HTML, use your HTML editor to make your changes. Save your HTML and copy it to your clipboard. The come back to Auctiva and go to the listings tab and use the "Create" template link and paste in your HTML.
