"Ask the CEO: Will Auctiva Still Offer Free eBay Tools?"

Do you realize what a person has to go through, just to get help or to ask a simple question, not no simple comment box leave a message and someone will get back immediate asap... No we have to look through a list of what it comes close to , ALL THAT TIME is a waste for me, when I simply need to ask for help. I don't have time to sit here and go througgh listings to find close to myty subject., Now that I am somewhere asking someone, I just went to check out the listings I posted a few days ago, and did so through auctiva, I like it here and most importantly, posting many pictures, It is easy to go through Ebay's site, and wouldn't take me half as long, but I choose to go through and use Auctiva, like it, but this keeps happening , after a few days my pictures disappear from the template and the initial listing picture. I go back to auctivea to fix the problem and have to go through the trouble of going through all the pictures and up loading again, and then it takes me to the ebay page instead to do that. Its nothing I am doing wrong, its only doing it on some not all. But this everytime I use auctiva, this happens. I end up having to go either to ebay to fix it, and getting charged for the pictures, or either ending the listing period, which costs me too. Now I dont know what to do about this, Its fine when I list it but some days later, all pictures in the template and the main one, are blank and not there, its all costing me money- extra to use auctiva, and time to run after and fix the mess. so heard of this problem from another and what am I suppose to do about it. I like auctiva and hate to go yet again...
