Our engineering department is aware that many of our users are still receiving server error messages on the Auctiva site and resolving this issue is our number one priority at present.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

I'll post again to this thread once I have more pertinent information related to this issue.

Shouldn't the image hosting server issue be the # 1 priority, so that your customers that have already used your service don't lose out on bids due to this Auctiva issue? Also, HOW ABOUT A "SYSTEM ALERT" warning on the homepage, to indicate that yes indeed there is a problem. Not all of your customers are going to check these boards to find out what is going on.
