auction with Buy it now. The Buy it now price is still in the slide window after bid

We check eBay every 6 hours for updates. I would assume it would go away once we've got the update from eBay. But ya, if it's there tomorrow let us know I think it would be easy to fix.

It has been more than 6 hours and the BIN price is still there. It happens to my other auctions. Please fix it ASAP. It realy hurts my final auction price. thanks

lebice, can you post active listing auction #'s. The one above is an ended listing and does not show what you are saying.

I am also going thru your completed listings and that price seems to be close to your average sell price for those programs. You had one that shows triple, but the rest are about the same.

thanks for the reply. some items got bid 7190315786 7190430620. To see that, just click any of my active auction, find Norton internet security or Antivirus on the store window, most of them got bid, but still have BIN price. thanks

Yes, we know about it.

The programers mother passed away so he hasnt been available to make the changes. He is our only real expert flash programmer. He came in for an hour or two to train another guy but it's not the same as having an expert around.

Hopefully it'll get done soon.

Bringing this back to the top...same thing is still going on. Buy it now price is still listed when auction gets a bid.

6 days ago. 2 days ago. The actual bid price is correct. It just still lists the buy it now price which is $10 less than what the actual bidding is at.

Bumping for help. Am I the only one this is happening to?

Looks like my store window is fixed. Thank you.

I spoke too soon. Some of the auctions were corrected. Some are still showing the BIN when it was knocked off days ago.

Bumping this up...the bids now seem to be updating but the BIN price is STILL showing several days after it should have disappeared.

Altho it worked the way it was supposed to for a while...it's back to leaving the buy it now price in the window days after it was knocked off.

It should be working like it's supposed to. The one problem is that we're behind in processing updates. It should be updated with new info within 6 hours, but we're currently behind right now due to the volume of eBay auctions we have to get updated prices on.

We're installing new servers either at the end of this week or early next week and hopefully we'll be back to processing people quickly again.
