I have items in my insurance transactions on the latest invoice that I know I did not insure. I mean, when I look up my sales in Auctiva, those transactions do show up as having insurance, only I know that after my very first few days on Auctiva I disabled automatic insurance, and I had no reason to add it to those particular sales manually (I only did that with a few international ones).

Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a bug or something?
Since I have no PROOF, but only memories of how I managed my account settings, I don't know what to think. Confused
