It is down again and has been for a while. can someone give us an estimated time for repair?

Yes, please. I've tried IE10 and Firefox. Both sites are the same. Not able to access listings easily. Much delay in opening pages in both browsers. Often get "Page Can Not Be displayed" message. Cleared cache, rebooted (twic) didn't help. PLEASE Check? Thanks for your help.
The site came up for a few minutes, and is now down again. I have tried Google Chrome, Explorer and Firefox.

C'mon, people! Is there a time estimate on repair? You do know that Sunday is the busiest listing day, right?
AC Stores are down as well so came to work on the ebay side. This is down also.

Auctiva, are you aware and any time frame of when both might be up again?
LifeisLike, I tried to get into your website and can't get into it at all. I guess not only is the admin side down on your AC sites but the entire website.

I've had no response to my support ticket filed early this am. I have checked facebook and there are numerous reports but nothing from auctiva. I am very concerned that they are taking Columbus Day off as well and this could go on for days.
Auctiva is STILL DOWN. This is the day I post my listings. No response here and no response on Facebook? Is anyone even there?

After the screw up with the picture uploader (which I can still only use on Explorer), this is the last straw.

Where is the professionalism? Where is the communication?

I have just tried listing and all I get is 'processing'! We never had such problems when Auctiva was free, but now we are paying the service has got worse and worse... Confused
