In November I used Auctiva only so when a person in on Ebay and views one of my auction items they will be able to view the Auctiva window to see other items listed by me. I listed the items and set them up through Ebay. Auctiva, when generated a token and logging in, automatically loaded the window on all my auction pages.
Now, I can't get it to work. I don't know what to do. I have set up all selling items through Ebay as usual and I went to Auctiva and made sure the token is generated again, I did change my Ebay user ID a month ago and I had to change it on Auctiva and Pay Pal, but I did generate a new Ebay token and all is well there.
Does any one know what to do. Does this automatally do this like it use to. I have when to the Auctiva Image file and tried to upload my listings and it won't.
I just want others to be able to view my other auctions in a window below the auction item picture on a auction, selling page (item).
Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
