Auto insert of HTML code shows up as raw code

When I make a listing, Auctiva automatically adds a scrolling gallery. Sometimes it works and displays the gallery, but other times it just shows the HTML code as text and it clogs up my listing. What is wrong?

Hi minimidgy,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I am not aware of any current technical issues that would cause the scrolling gallery HTML code to be visible in your eBay listings when the scrolling gallery is added to your items automatically, so we would need to look at a couple examples of listings for which this has occurred to figure out what may have gone wrong.

If you are still in need of assistance with this issue, please contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will do our best to get to the bottom of this.
