Okay I found the drop down (hidden) menu. Now where is the item specifics for the vehicle! You know...like what kind of car it is.

Start with a New Listing page and then in the upper right corner will be a drop down menu under eBay Site. Choose eBay Motors and then on the left side under the Category # hit Browse and you're off & running. Choose eBay Motors>Cars & Trucks>your make and model.
