I just did a quick test. I selected "Fixed Price" and then a Category I know is approved for Best Offer. The "Accept offers from buyers" checkoff box appeared directly below the greyed-out Reserve Price box on the lister.

Just to double-check, I removed the Category and the checkoff box disappeared.

Are you using IE or Firefox?

Confused

Suggestion: Try what I just tried using New Listing. If that doesn't work, try clearing cache and cookies for your browser.

Ive tired chanign the catagory. Ive tired chanign a shipping template to get the page to refresh. Ive tired to chang it to an auction and back. ive cleare my chase and history. Ive refreshed my token and ebay catorgies. Rebooted.

Im using ie6.

This is killing me. I hade to remove over 1000+ listings yesterday to remove a non static link in my listings because ebay was removing my listings. I thought i got them all. This is going to take me forever as it is to relist them. Esp if I have to go back and revise the lsitng again in ebay. god, i'm really startign to have ebay. Sigh
Can you give me a Category number from lister as sample, and I'll run a quick check to eliminate that possibility.

Did you try my suggested New Listing test? If that fails, it would eliminate anything in the problem listings. I used category 3381. Make sure the Choose Item Specifics shows after you enter the category code (check anywhere outside the box for refresh).

I mainly list in category 149921 and 50449 But that's not the problem. I can try to start a new listin in any category and the button is just not there. lol

Ive done everything i can think of to rule out my pc. updated java and flash. windows updates the works lol maybe its an error between ebay & auctiva. Ive tried to go into ebay and bulk edit and add the best offer and cat get it to work either. I have to go in maually to eash auction and add it.
Hi Community,

We had a problem with a category update a couple days ago that caused the "Accept Offers from Buyers" box to disappear from the Auctiva lister page, but I'm under the impression that was resolved yesterday. If you are still unable to see this box while creating your fixed price and store items, the first measure I recommend trying is clearing your browser cache.

If you are still unable to see the "Accept Offers from Buyers" box on your fixed price and/or store listings after clearing your cache, please contact our customer support team by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

NOTE: Be sure to include one or two examples of saved store or fixed price listings that you are unable to see the "Accept Offers from Buyers" box in if you file a support case about this issue.
