Yes, on the account settings page, is an option under the "Auto Email Management" section for which winning bidder email you want to send to your buyers.

You can customize this email message so that it doesn't imply that they need to pay and could serve as a thanks for buying email. The idea is that the email will direct the buyer back to your Auctiva store with the hopes they will purchase additional items from you.

Also, when this feature went live, it put some stress on our mail server which caused emails to be delayed. We have since purchased and installed a new mail server. Future end of auction emails should arrive in a timely manner.

This is how I made modifications to mine. That way if they get it days after they pay they won't think I made a mistake or are harrassing them:

[We appreciate your business. If you have not done so yet please visit your eBay account to complete this transaction. If you have already completed this transaction, congratulations!

Hope this helps!
Click on Sales Tab,
Click on Manage Email Templates,
Hit modify.
Change the File name (I just erased the word DEFAULT). You have to do this because it will not change the default pages, it will save it as a different file.
Then hit save.

THen go back to SALES tab,
Click on Auto Email Manager,
Hit scroll bar and click on new saved file.

Then you may want to go back to your Sales, Manage Templates page just to check if the changes are in effect.

Good Luck!
