i am located in the UK but mainly list on the U.S site, when i create my listings thru auctiva i have encountered a problem with shipping costs, heres what happens....

i set my U.S flat rate shipping at $5.... no problem here
then i set the europe rate at $4 on other int'l shipping
and finally the uk on $3 standard rate shipping

then when i check my listing on ebay is says shipping to the uk $4 ??? now heres the weird part,if i revise through Ebay, but dont change anything and then save it then states UK shipping at the correct $3.
Why cant Auctiva recognise this??????

Hi fozzy,

Since you can achieve the desired results by visiting the "Revise your Item" page and saving without making any changes, it is indicative that our service sent the correct shipping information to eBay. I'm almost positive the problem you are describing lies on eBay's end, so I recommend contacting eBay's customer support department for further assistance with this issue.

Thanks for your response Mike, however when i first created my shipping profile i did create it wrong but it seems that it keeps using the same info even though i have renamed it and edited it again...
Also on my listing i put the shipping details like this....
Please read my shipping policies for bidding.

Flat fees,no hidden extras

U.S.A and Canada: stills $5.00 lobbies $8.00

Europe stills $4.00 lobbies $6.50

U.K stills $3.00 lobbies $5.00
but it comes out like this.....
