Can anyone else NOT log in at ALL?

I was having trouble logging in earlier, and now I can't add pictures to my listings...is that what is is the big 10 cent rush messes things up?

Angel, more than likely. I find it to be too much of a coincidence that the same exact thing happened on the last ten cent day.

Just the same as eBay will now have a bunch more listings (all the occasional sellers usually list at least a few extra today, the pros much more) auctiva is inundated with a lot more traffic due to everyone funnelling through here to list.

It's a pain in the ass, but I just invoke the old mantra - "It's free."

::sigh:: Still can't log in, nor can my R.I. friend.

There's nothing free about the time spent trying to correct the problems created by a non working site. I can't even get in to cancel my scheduled listings. At least I know Ebay will give credit.

Now I can't log in either. I'm getting the same message that I got trying to access different pages earlier:

"An error has occurred during the processing of your request. Please try again or file a support case if this problem continues."

I sent a help ticket about the pics, slowness and errors just before it went totally crazy - so...

I'm sure they are doing all they can. Now it's just a waiting game for us(and a checking every 5 minutes game for me!)

I did file a report. Was given 4 addresses. None work.

Well, I was able to log back in just now... but still can't get to images. I can also get to saved listings, but not scheduled.

I'm getting some images showing in my ebay listings now - just very slowly.

So... maybe we are on the way back?? **crossings fingers and praying**

I believe it is obvious Auctiva is not ready for the Big Boys. Always when there are a few extra people on...it boggs down the system. Believe I will have to go back to Turbo Lister.

20 minutes in, now. Can't log in at all.

Andy, are you getting anywhere? I'm logged back in now, too - but I still can't get anywhere, just get errors.

Can't log in.
Can't cancel my scheduled listings so I can list them through Ebay in time before encurring double auctions and extra fees if Auctiva posts them after midnight.
Can't even see them.
Reminds me of that old Eagles song - Wasted Time.

I can't log on either...does this happen alot?
I've only been using Auctiva for a week or so and there seem to be a lot of problems. I appreciate the free service, but not if it costs me time and listings.

I just kept trying and trying to log in on the main page.

HOWEVER - now I'm logged in, for all the good it does me....if I click the 'listings' tab, go to load a profile, start a new listing from scratch, or rezz a saved listing, I'm awarded with the same freaking error message I got while trying to log in for twenty minutes straight. ::grumbles::

I wonder if all this aggravation is worth it, really.
