Thanks for posting your question here. We do not currently offer any functionality that would allow you to import images from one Auctiva account to another so, in order to move the images in question into your second Auctiva account, you would need to update them into that account from your computer.

If you no longer have these images stored on your computer, you could potentially save any images that are in your first Auctiva account to your computer individually by going to your Image Management page, clicking the thumbnail version of the image to access the full size version, then (assuming you are on a Windows machine) right-clicking the image and selecting “Save Image As”.

I will also share your feedback in this regard with our Product Management team and we will consider the possibility of creating a feature that would allow images and perhaps other data from being transferred between accounts with a future site update.
