I just opened an Ebay store and they are UGLY, I find the system to be slow and clunky. I only have items for Auction/sale that are listed on Ebay (hence abiding by Ebay's linking policy), my question is, is there any way to link my store directly from the Ebay pages to Auctiva? Avoiding my ugly Ebay store completely. I am not avoiding any costs, that isn't the issue, it's the duplication, I would much rather only use Auctiva??? I have inserted links in my Ebay listing to my Auctiva account, but that doesn't avoid the direct 'Visit my Sellers Store' item on each listing? Anyone?

Hi, sorry, can't do that...the Auctiva store doesn't stand alone, it's just an extra freebie your membership gets you. Sometimes Ebay stores aren't worth it anyway if you don't have at least 100 items to sell at any given time. Store items will not usually show up in someone's search (unless it's an auction). I've been an Ebay seller almost 3 years and have never had a store and I do pretty well, strictly auctions.

Just something to think about Smile

Hmmm, So do I actually HAVE to have an Ebay 'Store' to sell using Auctiva? Could I just link from my listing pages? Thereby bypassing the Ebay store altogether?
No, of course not Smile
You can just use the auction format, that's what I've always done. LOVE all the free pics and beautiful templates! You don't even need to use a template if you don't want to, but you'll still be able to choose up to 24 pics with the supersize capability.
I don't think it's Ebay legal to have links in your auction listings, will have to do more research on that. I DO know you can have links in a ME page....let me see what I can find out.
