Thought I would wait til late to list just in case Auctiva breaks down during one of Ebay's specials for sellers. Apparently it didn't work as I can't list anything as I can't get pass Choose Category. Here is that famous error message or one of them I mean. I will just have to sit back and wait til it is fixed which is usually when the special stops running. Of course I will lose a lot of money but I have been doing that since I started using Auctiva.

Server Error in '/' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="Off"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
<system.web>
<customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
</system.web>
</configuration>

Yeah, I am with you on that one. It seems like I can never take advantage of the eBay sales either because I am always trying to do my listings when Auctiva goes down. MMM....maybe it is me! Eek
What is really sad is that we base our whole store look on these templates (mine are revised versions of theirs) and then when we need to have them, along with the profiles, we have no access. So we just loose out.
Bright side: eBay may be inundated with the very items your selling because everyone else was listing like crazy. You don't want to get lost in the confusion do you???? lol Frown
