Canceled Listing still shows up

I had an auction canceled by eBay (for showing a picture of a card I had made.) Even though the auction is no longer active, it shows up in my Auctiva and also its picture scrolls through on the pages of my other auctions. How can I delete a closed auction from Auctiva? Thanks for any help.

To stop it from appearing in the Scrolling Window, go to Store and click edit, select the pic and hit hidden this will stop it from showing.

To take it off your active listings you need to fill out a help ticket. Up on the top under help.

Sorry, but I don't understand. When you say, "Go to Store and click edit" where do I do that?

I have tried Auctiva help, but when I click on "Help" and "File a Support Request", only a blank screen comes up.

I would really like this scrolling picture removed, because I'm worried they will cancel all my other auctions, also. Thanks!
