It has now been 24 hours since I ended a listing on eBay, but it is still showing as Active in Auctiva.

What has been the experience of others on ended listings? I don't guess it is no big deal, but if I want to re-list from Auctiva it makes it a little awkward to do so.

Hi BroJames,

Once your eBay listings come to a close, they should typically be imported into the Closed Listings page within your Auctiva account within about 4-6 hours, so it is definitely abnormal that this one hasn't shown up there after 24 hours.

If this listing still hasn't been imported into your Closed Listings page, I recommend filing a support case using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
