custom template missing- X's only!

Hi,

I was just notified by one of my potential buyers saying that some of my images are missing and they are replaced with x's. I looked and indeed they are missing. The photos of the actual product are there but my custom template is missing. I looked at all of my listings and all the custom templates are missing!!!! I've been listing on auctiva for months and never had this problem before.
