Customized Auctiva Templates Length Problem

In advance, I appreciate any and all help here ...

After the 'template' area ends, the area between acutiva information is blank (approx 7 'page downs') before it gets to "question and answers about this item".

I have seen info on this in the forum, but have found no ways to correct it?

All my items show it (Seller: BGF282) but here is an Item Number: 200664362231
