Hello,

Today I signed up for auctiva in hopes of using your services and obtaining an auctiva store box for the bottom of my pages. When I had the box added to my pages, it is not at the bottom of my page, as expected due to the html of my description. Rather, it's off to the left. I figured out where I could place a new code for it to be positioned properly, but I can't edit my ebay pages now!! I have about 110 effected listings! Now all I want is to delete the boxes from all of my current auctions. How could I do that? I cannot revise any of my item's descriptions, and the auctiva box is under "new information added by the seller". I think that's why I can't revise. I also tried to disable the boxes from my account preferences, it didn't work.

Thanks, Jazz

Hi Jazz,

Disabling the store window in your account settings simply prevents the store window from being added to your newly posted listings.

You should still be able to remove the Auctiva store window by deleting the store window html, found at Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML, from your html description. I'm not sure why you're unable to revise these listings...the fact that they were appended with the store window shouldn't prevent you from being able to revise, but if you have listings that have received bids, you won't be able to remove the store window from those.
