Hi chelsea-s-treasures,

Disabling the store window will prevent it from being added to any listings posted thereafter.

If you aish to remove the store window from your active listings, you must delete the store window html from the html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form. The html description can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML. The store window html lies between ASW tags.

Hi Community,

As I'm sure you're all aware, we have experienced technical difficulties this week with the loading of auction images. To ensure that all auction images load successfully, we have disabled 50% of store window images...meaning that 50% of the people who view your listings will see images in your store window.

We appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

Thank you Mike and everyone in Auctiva that has been ABSOLUTLY FABULOUS. You are a new image hosting facility and I think you all are doing a great job. My listings have never been better without you. I have disabled my store window until you get over your HICCUPS. Everyone should do the same until the hiccups are over and stop complaining. Go to the other sites that charge, for what Auctiva has accomplished CHEERS !!. Realize HOW MUCH MONEY YOU ARE SAVING because Auctiva supports you the seller. I give you guys credit for taking all the critism Big Grin
Hi, if I disable the store window in my settings so there is no auto-insertion, I'm wondering if it will still show up if I manually insert the HTML for the window in my listing anyway. I do like the scrolling window though - very much - but don't want it to end up in 2 places on the same listing, nor do I want it to disappear altogether. I use my own custom templates so I don't need all the features offered by Auctiva but would like to customize the position of the window in my listings. Any ideas about this? Thanks much.
Hi phoebe7,

Yes, if you disable the store window setting in your account, the store window will still show up if you manually paste the store window html into your listings.

Even if you have the store window feature enabled, if you place the store window html in your listings, a second store window will NOT automatically be added.
