I'm new. I'm trying to use drag and drop downloader and when I drag the images into the box they won't drop. Also, Java uploader won't work at all in IE or Firefox

Hi, with IE use the dedicated IE uploader.
First click in the window the images are to be dragged onto to activate it.
Then drag and drop the images.

Hi by "Then opend the file where pics are located" I presume you actually meant folder.
Need to ask more questions as this feature is normally quite robust and reliable.
Can we confirm you are using a PC and what version of Windows and Microsoft Internet Explorer you are using.
Are you sure the images are of an accepted format e.g. jpg and within the size limits.
What do you mean by manually ?

Hello and thank you again! Yes I meant folder I am using a pc with windows XP the images are jpeg with an average size if 950kb.When I open the folder, I select the tiles option from the menu so I can see the images. Images will drag into box but not drop. To get the pics into box, I hi lite the images I want in the box and click open and they go into the box. It works but drag and drop would just be easier for me if I could get it to work. Thank you again so much!!

I am having the same problem with the drag & drop: the drop will not drop. However, I can just left click on the image and away it goes to the uploader. So try that; hope it works for you. Doug

Hi, PC spec as mine.
To drag and drop multiple items at once you do need to highlight them all with the mouse lasso style or with hot key equivelents. Then you can drag them as a group.

You folks are the best! I can still upload pictures I'm just a curious sort and wonders why when things don't work as they should. Thank you for your time and patience and God Bless!!.....garyj
