Ebay insertion fee showing up on estimated fees in auctiva listing!

Help, I don't know if ebay will credit the charges. Normally I don't check estimated ebay costs ( I have a general idea) when doing a new listing on Auctiva but I checked to make sure I wasn't charged for insertion fee and I am. I fulfilled all criteria - the gallery pic, 9.99 or under but still I'm getting charged. Will ebay cretit this or is this a glitch between Auctiva and ebay?

Hi birdsma,

When eBay is running a listing fee sale, such as today's, you should automatically be charged the promotional rate as long as you have fulfilled all of the requirements. If your listings met all of the criteria and are not receiving the promotional rate on your eBay invoice, please contact eBay's customer support department and they should be able to help you out.
