Hi billysamazingdeals,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I am not aware of any circumstances that would cause eBay to charge you more for an item listed through Auctiva than they would charge with respect to the same item listed directly through their Sell your Item form. However, we would be happy to look into the listing in question and see what we can find out.

If you are still in need of assistance with this issue, please contact our Customer Support Team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will look into this further for you.

Hi billysamazingdeals,

I see that you already filed a support case about the discrepancy you noted and received a response, but I was inclined to update this thread to clarify a few things that may help other sellers who may come across this thread after seeing similar behavior.

The “Estimate eBay Fees” tool on our site is designed to accurately estimate your insertion fees based on your eBay store subscription level but, if your eBay store subscription level has changed since you last generated a token, your store subscription level could be incorrect in our system.

If that is the case, you should be able to update your eBay store subscription level in our system by mousing over the “My Account” tab, selecting the “eBay” option under “Settings”, clicking the “Get New Token” link and then proceeding as directed. Generating a new token would accomplish the same thing as well.

If you have any other questions about this issue, please feel free to follow up with us through your open support case on the subject and we will do our best to clear up any remaining loose ends.

-Mike
