Thanks for contributing to our forum. Although we do not generally recommend using a single Auctiva account for multiple eBay accounts, you should be able to update your Auctiva account to be associated with your new eBay account without any difficulties provided that you are no longer using the “old” eBay account at this time.
If you would like to link your Auctiva account to your new eBay account, you will just need to generate a new token using your new eBay account by mousing over the “My Account” tab within your Auctiva account, clicking the “eBay” option under “Settings”, clicking the “Get New Token” link on the ensuing page and then proceeding as directed.
Once your Auctiva account is linked to your new eBay account, you could potentially post any items you had created for your previous eBay account to the new account from your Saved Listings page.
If there are any recently closed items that you would like to post to your new eBay account (which are not already on your Saved Listings page), you can use the “Import Listings” button on your Closed Listings page to move them to your Saved Listings page and then post them from there.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab on our site and selecting the “File Support Case” option.
