edit the store setting to have my store colors and logo

Like everyone else I seem to have a ton of questions. I included the store window into 3 of my auctions that I listed via Turbo Lister. They seem to be working fine.

Next, when I click on the "click here to browse all my eBay items" I am taken to a Auctiva store that has my user ID Not my Ebay store name. My question is can I edit the store setting to have my store colors and logo? Also, if I close my Ebay store to save the $15 monthly fee will all my Auctiva store listings show up in people's searches on eBay like they do now being an eBay store?

Eden, to answer your first question - go to the store tab - then to the store and you should see an edit section. I can't give you the precise steps as they are doing maintenance on the main site right now.

You need to change the store name on the window and the store from your ebay id. You can also change the colors here.

And the ebay store and Auctiva are not one in the same. You will not be included in the searches or be able to have store listing prices. Anything shown in your Auctiva store will just be what you have listed thru ebay.

OK, So when customers click the "browse all my eBay items" button they will see only items that I have listed with eBay. So if I close my eBay store, the items in my Auctiva store will be live auctions only? Ya know where, when listing, you have the option of live, store or fixed price. IF you choose store that is only to put it in my Auctiva store, will not show up in eBay searches, and is FREE to list? Did I get that right? Eden

The Autiva Store is free. What it does is pick up all your active listings in eBay and showcase them. Go to the “Store” tab at top and explore your options.
What David is pointing out is the store option when listing is for listing in your eBay store if you have one. Nothing to do with Auctiva Store.

OK, now I'm really confused. What exactly is the Auctiva srote. Nothing but everything that you have listed at eBay and in your eBay store? What I liked about Vendio's gallery was that it directed you to your Ebay store with all the custom settings that were done to it. Auctiva directs you to your Auctiva store but it's still everything that you have listed as live auctions and store items at eBay. Where's the benefit of that? Just seems redundant. Eden
