Hi toccoah74,

Thanks for posting your question here. If you are just looking to replace a certain image in an active listing with a different image, the easiest way to accomplish this would be to use the "Replace" button on your Image Management page within Auctiva.

If you select the image that you would like to replace on your Image Management page and then click the "Replace" button, you will be then be taken to an interface that will allow you to upload a new image from your computer to replace the select image. Once the replacement image has been uploaded, the change should be visible in the listing right away.

On the other hand, if you are looking to make a more complex change to the images within the listing, such as changing the number or order of the images within the Auctiva template, you would first need to make the desired change to your images within the saved listing from which you posted the item in your Auctiva account and then apply those changes to the associated eBay listing using eBay's "Revise your Item" form.

Once you have added the image in the desired spot in the saved listing in question and used the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to save those changes without posting a new listing, you could then transfer those changes over to the active eBay listing via the following process:

1) Click the "<HTML> icon to the right of the item on your "Saved Listings" page
2) Select All and copy the html in the popup window.
3) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
4) Scroll down to the "Description" section and then click the "HTML" tab above the description editor.
5) Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, and save your changes.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
