Hi

Just started on auctiva, purchased a domain name and gradually working through all the profiles etc and listed a few items and I have been looking through the community, I read that you can have an email address with your domain name ie customerservices@domainname.com and it will go to your normal email address, although I do not normally struggle to figure things out Im struggling with this, whereabouts do you set this email address up from? How many are you allowed? Can you use it on business cards and it will still go to normal email address?

You can do this via purchasing a custom domain through Auctiva. With a custom domain, you will be able to market your Auctiva store via your domain name instead of the normal store.auctiva.com/<username> address.

Once you have this domain name, you can then set up email aliases that will forward to your normal email address.

The best thing to do would be to visit the store domain page and see if that helps explain everything. From there, feel free to post back with any additional questions you might have.
