Hi Community,

We recently started receiving reports from several users indicating that error messages are being generated inappropriately during the upload process that state the selected plan does not allow for the uploading of additional images. Our engineering team is currently looking into this problem and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available. We apologize for any inconveniences this issue may be causing.

Hi Community,

We have just made a few changes that we believe addressed the issue responsible for these inappropriate error messages and we have not received any new reports of this nature for about 10 minutes, so we are hoping that this issue is resolved once and for all.

If you are still receiving this error message when trying to upload images into your Auctiva account, please let us know by contacting our customer support team.
