Error of API Error

Two of my schedule listings did not post last night due to "API Error". The reason given is "Large envelopes cannot be sent via Media Mail."

WTF?!? I didn't even select Media Mail as a shipping option. The listings have only First Class Mail and Priority Mail.

Hi ktchong,

I'm not sure why eBay returned that error message when you submitted these listings. API errors generally represent communication error between Auctiva and eBay. If it is apparent that the API error is incorrect, than your listings will most likely post the next time without a hitch.

I see you were able to post these listings through eBay. I hope all is well now.
