trying to revise images and put into lisitngs and this is what i get when i try to save them.....
Error Saving! Input string was not in a correct format.
any ideas anyone?

Hi,
I have noted that Auctiva's imaging files are case sensitive for the file type, and lower case is acceptable, e.g. use .jpg not .JPG. I've had a few errors due to that problem.
I don't know if that's the problem, but odd error messages are often not what they seem. String makes me think something in file name or description, so it's at least a logical guess.

Hello can any one tell me if they are having this problem ? I listed an auction before they shut down for an hour went threw fine ? Then I went to list another coudlnt log in .. then I was able to now ! useing some of the same photos as the 1st listing . I hit post ! and this comes up? " Your ad was saved but not posted. The description contains one or more deleted images. Please check your description, remove these images, and try again.

Hello, I am having trouble editing my pictures. Are you having the same problem? Wonder when they are going to get this kink fixed. They said 10:00 and 10:00 has come and gone. Just wondering if I'm the only one with this problem?
I'm experiencing similar problems while listing. I upload a photo into my listing, but if I want to add another or move any around I'm not able to. There are no numbers when I click on edit and when I try to click a photo nothing happens. Grr. Anyone have this issue? I also got similar error messages as inkycorrado.

I'm having the same troubles that TuNickels Auctions is having. I came here to see whats up. It looks like their still workingout the bug from the site update. I'll just try again tomorrow.
I've been trying since this morning to edit photos with no luck. Same message "Error Saving! Input string was not in a correct format" I just listed last night without problems??? Hopefully will fix soon!
Just wanted to let everyone know that I just contacted Auctiva support and they told me that they were aware of the problem and it wont be fixed until tomorrow morning around 10:00 again. Hope that doesn't mean like today's 10:00, which didn't really fix it. 
I don't know about the rest of you, but this will certainly mess up my listing week. Oh well, what can you expect for free?

I love auctiva! They are terrific---I hope this glitch gets fixed quickly.

UGGGH, still not working...same default message when editing photos.

This is a real pain, the erroro message, but there is a way around it although it takes longer. If you go to your "images" you can select a picture that has been uploaded and edit there. Then it will show up in your auction like you want it to look. It takes more time but at least the picture is good. Just a quick fix until they get this thing taken care of.

Update - I just heard back from our technical team and it appears that the outstanding issues that are preventing users from editing images and submit listings with free shipping are going to be addresses with a minor site update tomorrow morning. At this point, I anticipate those issues will be resolved at about 10 AM PT tomorrow.
I will post further updates on those issues, as well as any new issues that come up, on this thread as additional information becomes available.
That's on the NEWS section of this site. SO hopefully by this afternoon-it will be UP and running accurately.

Mike - NOTHING works on mozilla or ie - you cannot post , change pictures, save , post, schedule, descriptions disappear - the whole site is just a none working mess - on a 5p listing day !!! what a nightmare.
